Patents and the Federal Circuit, Fourteenth Edition
Published By Bloomberg Law 2019

Brinks Shareholder Laura A. Lydigsen wrote the Fourteenth Edition of Patents and the Federal Circuit, which is now available.

The Fourteenth Edition addresses ever-changing issues and developments in substantive patent law, infringement litigation, and procedure. Since its inception, this treatise has strived to reflect the current state of the U.S. patent law within the context of its evolution during the life of the Federal Circuit.

This new edition includes an appendix that guides the reader on how to better anticipate the time to decision for the Federal Circuit’s patent decisions and statistics on the time from argument to issuance of a precedential decision by judge. This will be the last printed version in the foreseeable future and will be updated only in digital form.
