Laura Beth Miller mentioned in Chicago Daily Law Bulletin
Laura Beth Miller, a litigator at intellectual property law firm Brinks, Gilson & Lione and co-chair of its international trade commission practice group, participated in the interactive program, “Settling Patent Infringement Actions: Strategies for Resolving Real-Life Scenarios Faced by In-House and Outside Counsel in Complex Patent Cases,” presented by Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago and the Federal Bar Association’s Chicago chapter.
Miller took part in a mock settlement conference that addressed issues often encountered by counsel, clients and mediators in such sessions.
The event was held Thursday at The John Marshall Law School.
