The Brinks Post-Grant Practice Group will hold the second in a series of webinars on recent developments in post-grant proceedings on March 19, 2015 at 12:00pm CST.

Speakers :

James K. Cleland | Mr. Cleland specializes in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition litigation in a broad range of technologies including the chemical, materials science, mechanical and medical device arts, as well as in client counseling, opinion and licensing work in those same areas. His litigation experience includes trials, preliminary injunction hearings, Markman hearings summary judgment proceedings and all aspects of fact and expert witness discovery, spanning federal courts across the country. He also represents clients before the PTAB in post-grant review proceedings, including inter partes reviews.  

Nicholas A. Restauri | Mr. Restauri focuses his practice on patent litigation and prosecution in the electrical and computing arts. His experience includes both civil litigations in federal court and proceedings before the PTAB. Mr. Restauri has represented both petitioners and patent owners in post-grant and inter partes review proceedings.  

Marc V. Richards | Mr. Richards is co-chair of the firm’s Post-Grant Patent Practice. He has extensive experience handling both U.S. patents and international patents in software, business methods, pharmaceuticals and chemical processes. He handled reexamination and interference proceedings for software patents and chemical process patents. He also has been involved with various interference and post-grant proceedings for software patents and chemical process patents.
