Brinks Gilson & Lione Attorney Smith Presents on 3D Printing Patent Issues at RAPID 2016 Conference

CHICAGO—Brinks Gilson & Lione patent attorney and shareholder Stephen C. Smith was a featured presenter at RAPID 2016, a 3D technology conference, on May 17, 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Smith spoke on “Patent Considerations for a Growing 3D Printing Company.” He discussed the current climate for patent eligibility of 3D printing technologies, and offered strategies for acquiring and defending strong patent rights.
