Jason Qiu focuses his practice on patent litigation and prosecution, as well as copyright and trademark issues. He leverages his background in biochemistry and his legal experience to deliver strategic solutions that add value to the protection of his clients’ innovations.

Jason’s experience spans a variety of technologies, including pharmaceutical drugs, distributed computing software platforms, and residential building automation.

Jason assists in preparing pleadings on invalidity, noninfringement and claim construction; evaluating patentability and supports multiple phases of litigation at the federal district court level.
