James P. Stephens

James P. Stephens has a variety of experience in many different fields, ranging from patent law to negotiation and mediation. By drawing from his diverse background, James aims for solutions that meet both the client’s legal and business needs.

James’ range of experiences includes work involving medical devices, software patents, stem cells, and oil spill recovery equipment. In addition, James worked as Executive Articles Editor on the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and is an alumnus of the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI), where he worked for the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian.
