Andrea L. Shoffstall's practice includes patent litigation and prosecution of applications for various technology fields, including biomedical devices, computer software and mechanical inventions.

Andrea combines her legal experience with her background in bioengineering to further the IP interests of her clients. Throughout law school, Andrea had several in-house counsel internship positions with large technology and science companies. Through these various experiences, Andrea gained valuable insight into efficient patent prosecution and litigation techniques. Andrea also utilizes her past experience as the Chief Justice of her law school’s moot court team in managing and fulfilling her clients’ needs.
